Electrical Engineer, Motors and Generators
We are strengthening our Electrical Engineering Team further and looking for an engineer who has good competence related to motors and generators. Also knowledge about other areas of electrification is needed.
In this position you will participate at first as a document reviewer to the plant level, systems level and main component level engineering. In the later phases you will participate in the quality control during process and factory acceptance testing. Follow up and steering of the installation and commissioning phases are also coming, and during these phases you will ensure that the technical requirements are followed by the plant supplier and its subcontractors.
The final job description will be defined based on the interests and expertise of the chosen person.
The ideal candidate for this position has:
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in electrical engineering
- Experience about motors and generators and possible other electrical components or systems
- Experience in nuclear industry is an advantage
- Knowledge of Finnish electrical safety regulations, S1 certificate would be a good benefit
- Experience in e.g. quality control of engineering and electrical equipment
- Fluency in English is mandatory and fluency in Finnish and/or Russian is an advantage
