In order to ensure an efficient and GDPR-compliant recruitment process, we handle all applications through our recruitment system. This means that we do not take into account applications and CVs sent by email.
After the application period for a position has closed, we inform all applicants as soon as possible about the status of their application. Our recruitment process consists typically of 2-3 interview rounds. Additionally, personal assessments are conducted to Manager and Director positions as well as specific positions important to safety. The assessments are carried out by our recruitment partner.
We keep all candidates informed during the recruitment process.
The chosen candidates will be invited for contract negotiation. In addition, they give their consent to pre-employment examinations, including a personnel security clearance, occupational health check and drug screening, which are preconditions for being employed in Fennovoima.
On average, the whole recruitment process from applying to signing the contract takes about two months.
